Kevin is a founding partner of Consortiat, with a strong background in  commercial real estate.  He founded a number of businesses in various sectors both in the UK and Australia.  He has a track record in negotiating complex real estate and business transactions with experience on both the buy and sell side.  This provides a unique understanding of the nuances and process involved in business sales and acquisitions. 

Furthermore he has expertise in business turnaround, financial engineering and exit planning.

Kevin acquires equity stakes in established businesses with a focus on helping owners turnaround, scale and exit.

Typically, I invest in companies with a revenue of £1m-10m that are either trading profitably or would benefit from a business turnaround or restructuring program. I have a passion for helping business owners grow their business through acquisition or strategic mergers in order to maximise value for when they wish to exit.
Many of these businesses own commercial real estate, which can often create complexities when an owner wishes to exit.  With my real estate experience I am able to navigate these issues in order to provide a solution that works for all parties.
